Signal subscribers are not receiving portfolio management, discretionary investment management, or custody services. You remain the sole controller of your own brokerage account. Managed account services for qualified clients may be offered separately in the future under distinct terms.
Regulatory status. Trade Forge is not currently authorised by the UK Financial Conduct Authority or the Australian Securities and Investments Commission. The service is published from New Zealand. Subscribers are responsible for confirming that consuming an unregulated signal service is lawful in their jurisdiction.
Subscription fees. Subscription fees, where applicable, are for access to the signal channels only. They are not a payment for investment advice. Fees are non-refundable once a signal is published to the channel in the subscription period, except where required by applicable consumer-protection law.
